Your Party Membership Privacy Policy

Who we are

Yourparty-membership.uk is managed by MOU Operations Ltd (Company number 16359847). MOU Operations Ltd is the sole data controller for personal information processed in connection with this website, including membership data, donations, and related activities.

Membership details may also be shared with organisers of proto-branches before the inaugural conference, solely for the purposes of enabling local organisation and facilitating participation in the foundation process.

Once the new party is formally constituted, a legal entity will take over responsibility for the party’s legal and financial affairs. At that point, the new legal entity will become the data controller for your personal information and will continue to use your data in line with your preferences and for the purposes of updating you on news, activities and ways to get involved with the new party.

Once the new party is formed we will publish updated privacy information.
